Knurl Guard covers customs duties associated with the original shipment. If a carrier or customs authority requests payment of customs duties, contact us before paying so that we can arrange payment or provide instructions.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders ship from China within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated transit time is 8–15 calendar days after dispatch. Please review our Shipping Policy for further details.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. This does not limit your rights if an order is delayed or not delivered.

Returns and Refunds

We accept eligible return requests within 7 calendar days after delivery, including change-of-mind returns. Customers pay return shipping costs for non-quality-related returns. Different terms apply to defective, damaged, or incorrect items and where required by applicable law.
