Return and Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases made at knurlguard.com. For return or refund assistance, contact support@knurlguard.com.

7-Day Returns

You may request a return within 7 calendar days after receiving your order, including for a change of mind. To request a return, email us with your order number and the items you wish to return.

For change-of-mind returns under our voluntary 7-day policy, items must be unused, unmodified, and in their original condition, with their original packaging and included accessories. These conditions do not restrict your statutory rights concerning faulty goods or any applicable legal right of withdrawal.

How to Return an Item

Contact us before shipping your return so that we can provide the correct return address and instructions. The return address must be obtained from our customer support team. Please do not send a return to the address printed on the original parcel unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Once we provide return instructions, please dispatch your return within 14 calendar days. Pack the item securely and retain your proof of postage. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Contacting us for return instructions does not make any statutory right of withdrawal subject to our approval.

Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns and other returns unrelated to a product defect or an error on our part, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refundable for these voluntary returns, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the necessary return shipping costs. Please contact us before arranging shipping so that we can provide instructions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and a description of the issue. Photos may help us assess and resolve your request.

We will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances and your rights under applicable law. Our 7-day change-of-mind return period does not limit your rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting a voluntary return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Your payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

We do not charge a restocking fee. Where applicable law requires a different refund deadline or additional reimbursement, we will follow that requirement.

If you have not received your refund after the stated processing period and your payment provider's posting time, contact support@knurlguard.com.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped, we will cancel it and refund the amounts paid. If it has already shipped, you may request a return under this policy. This does not limit any statutory cancellation rights.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

Where European Union consumer withdrawal rules apply to your purchase, you generally have 14 calendar days after delivery to notify us that you wish to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions. Email your clear withdrawal statement to support@knurlguard.com, including your name, order number, order date, and delivery date.

You must send the goods back within 14 calendar days after notifying us of your withdrawal. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods for a change of mind. You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop; you may be responsible for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

For a valid withdrawal from the entire order, we will reimburse your payments, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, within 14 calendar days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first. Additional costs for an upgraded delivery option are not refundable unless required by law.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection laws. If those laws provide a longer return period or a different remedy, those requirements take precedence.
